e-agent lead generation for real estate professionals

I being of sound mind and body signed up for a lead generation program through e-agent.com
If you ever sign a contract for 1 year costing $90 a month with a $500 early cancellation fee, after you read this, then you are “not” of sound mind. After receiving probably 1000 leads that turned out to be false phone numbers, bogus email addresses with valid IP addresses, and people, who were just not aware of what e-agent was, I was amazed at what a terrible waste of time and effort this was. Leads-1000, Confirmed leads-0. Zero. My contract expires 3-3-08 and I have requested e-agent not to send leads to me anymore, but I still must pay. Moral is, “Don’t do it”.
